Had to make a thread in here for my favorite yellow, four-fingered, family.  Anyways else like the show? It's been on so long. I kind of grew up with it, haha. Some of the newer episodes aren't as good though. There are a lot of Beatles references in the shows, funny stuff.  |

Haha, I LOVE this show! Classic. Yeah, it's cool that they've all made appearances..and there was a pretty recent episode (I think it was recent, anyway) where Flanders was found to have this secret Beatle room or whatever.. there were SO many references to the Beatles! Very cool Plus it's hysterical as well ;D |

Aww, I missed the secret Beatle room! Sounds scandalous though! I love the one where Homer starts his own barbarshop quartet. (Wiggum forever! Barney never!) That one is so packed with references, haha. George is in that one as well! The one with Ringo is pretty funny too... sitting there answering all that fan mail! I know he comes from a large family, but there's so much mail!  |

Didn't Marge send him a letter back in 1964 and he just got it? Lol, I haven't seen that episode but it sounds really cute.
I bet John would've loved to be on this show.

Yeah, some of the show's jokes remind me of John's sense of humor. That show is just packed with a lot of truly funny little allusions to a lot of people and events from history and that sort of thing...

I've noticed that! That makes it even better, I think.. Because the Simpsons has an audience all of all ages (My cousin was four when she started watching it! ) and I bet 99.9% of the younger viewers don't get all the little references..but they still find it funny! I'm waiting myself to see one of the Beatle episodes on reruns |

Hahaha! I almost choked on my water - that is the cutest thing! Aww.. I always knew Marge was cool ;D The writers of this show must be big Beatle fans, cos that's exactly what all those letters the fans wrote in the 60s looked like! " "Hi Ringo, I am a fifteen year old girl from Washington. I am in love with you and would like to marry you, John, Paul, or George. Do you have a girlfriend? I want you to be my boyfriend. Well, I will write back later. Forever, Mary" and stuff  |

It's weird I grew up with this family. Only I've grew and they've, well, stayed the same. That's why I love them. I hope they never make a movie, killing the show
